Dr. Prasad V Reddy MD

Dr. Reddy is board certified in Psychiatry by the

American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and has added certification in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, Psychosomatic Psychiatry and Addiction Medicine.

 

Dr. Reddy trained in Psychiatry at The University of

Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, Texas. He completed his fellowship in Child and Adolescent psychiatry at Scott & White Memorial Hospital, Texas A&M University, Temple, Texas.

 

With his clinical experience and training in psychiatry, Dr. Reddy is an active clinician and maintains a full time practice in psychiatry. He specializes in treating ADHD, PTSD, Anxiety Disorders, Mood Disorders, Schizophrenia and Substance Abuse. In addition to the above, he is an expert in pharmacogenomics and cross cultural psychiatry.

Dr. Reddy is an recognized expert consultant for the

Medical Board of California; he consults and performs diagnostic assessment and evaluation of patients in Assisted Living facilities and Residential treatment Centers for Alzheimer's and Dementia related disorders.

 

He is also a consultant for Central Valley Regional Center overseeing the care of Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities. While serving as a consultant for the Juvenile Detention facilities and County Jails, he was a consultant for the United States Probation.

 

Dr. Reddy is affiliated with a medical

school and a Residency program teaching and

mentoring medical students in his practice.
